Payment FAQs

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal Personal Checks and Money Orders, PayPal, eChecks, Master Card, and Visa.   Personal checks can have a hold time of 5-10 days to clear. All returned checks must be accounted for.  A returned check fee of 30.00 will be applied.

Payments must be made out to Amy Bowles- please include Item Number in the NOTE field of your Money Order.

How Do I place an order?

Step 1:  When you find a product you want, enter the quantity and click on Buy Now! Every time you select a product, you'll be taken to the ordering page where you can choose the quantity and other specifics. 
*Multiple orders of the same product in a different color or personalization- add to cart one at a time.*

Step 2:  From the shopping cart page, click Continue Shopping on the bottom of the page to continue shopping. When you are ready finished shopping enter your US State for sales tax- tax only applies in Virginia.  Enter any special instructions in the appropriate box.  If shipping to a different address, you will specify the address on the Checkout page.  Review your shopping cart, if everything looks correct proceed to Go To Payments.

Step 3:  Checkout.  On this page you review your purchase and enter your billing address.  If your shipping address is different you will enter it in the appropriate fields.

Step 4:  Payment Page.  Select your payment option and click continue.  After your payment has been made you will receive an email notification.

After the Order is Placed:  If your purchasing a gift and are having the order shipped directly to the recipient, please email us at customerservice@stylishlyprotected.com immediately and we will be happy to add a gift card and message instead of the packing slip which will reflect your total.  We email shipment information once your order is processed and ready to ship.  Because some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, if you order two different products, it is possible your items will arrive in two shipments.

To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please try to do so within one hour of placing the order. Often times orders may already be processed and shipped!  Yes, at times we are that fast!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

email customer service if you are located outside of the United States and are interested in making a purchase.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the amount you spend, the more you buy the more you save on shipping!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping time is located on every product description page. Please note, some products may ship directly from the manufacturer. You may find that multiple purchases, may not arrive together, so please note the shipping time for each individual products you purchase. We will work hard to prevent any unnecessary delays! You will find that many times, items ship much sooner than estimated! 

Will I receive notification of shipment?

You will receive delivery notification for all orders. We offer tracking services on selected products.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations FAQs

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are personalized or used.  All returns and exchanges must be approved within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned or exchanged items MUST BE in their original packaging. For returns, you will be refunded in full minus shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking fee.  If you have a question or need to return or exchange an item, please email customer service
customerservice@StylishlyProtected.com with "Return-Customer Name-Item Number" in the subject line of the email. Please include your name, address, and product in question (copy of your order would allow us to retrieve your order in a timely fashion). 

Cancellations- In order to cancel an already placed order, you must do so need within 24 hours of placing the order, personalized orders cannot be cancelled.  The only option after 24 hours is to return the item unopened and refer to the above RETURN policy.

If you are a manufacturer and would like to submit a product for review, please send a product sample to the address above in the contact info.  We are always on the lookout for stylish and must have products and we greatly appreciate your interest!  Once the product is submitted, please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.  Due to heavy submission volume, product samples may not be returned.
